Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ji96 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ji96 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect multiple Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with the Player may be closed and balances voided.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. ji96 will use the mobile number provided as the primary communication channel for account security, transaction confirmations, and two-factor authentication codes. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ji96 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ji96 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. ji96 staff will never request your password through any communication channel.
ji96 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. ji96 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
ji96 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ji96 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically feasible.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. ji96 does not charge Platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which ji96 accepts no liability. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, network fees will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji96 excludes all liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ji96's reasonable control; and (d) the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or game studio providers. ji96's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji96 Platform shall first be referred to ji96's customer support team for attempted resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
